They are looking for some high level, and strategic. Someone that comes from an in house creatiev team who is an expert on Branding and Design Function and who has managed a team.

Strategic Leadership for Self Care Design team - 40%

- Lead/guide Self Care BDT Design leads to ensure maximum Design value-add in Self Care segment

- Collaboration with Self Care Marketing President to ensure business priorities are aligned with Design project priorities

- Track team progress against Design OKRs and report back to Design LT

- Portfolio management: identifies & assigns the right resources to new project requests

- Manage team resources in collaboration with team PM

- Optimize working processes and efficiencies

- Set Self Care team priorities and drive team engagement

Brand equity leadership for Pain & Self Care BDTs - 40%

Pain Brand Development Team

- Unlock meaningful brand experiences in partnership with Brand Strategy Director and other Design functions

- Assume proactive & thoughtful approach to developing brand content across all brand touchpoints

- Provide necessary thought leadership and recommendations towards brand execution excellence

- Uphold Executional Excellence standard for Brand Foundation, Brand Guidelines, and Executional Guidance

- Oversee agency executions and provide clear feedback/guidance Self Care Design team (BDT Design leads)-

- Liase with other Self Care BDT leads to ensure coherent support

- Collaborate with Skin Health and Essential Health Segment leads to ensure connectivity and consistency in approaches

- Provide support and guidance as needed to Self Care BDT Design leads

Senior Leadership - 20%

- Understand and translate business objectives to design opportunities

- Advocate for value and impact of design to grow our brands with executional excellence

- Science of Brand Growth knowledge and vocabulary

- Super presentation skills

- Collaborative spirit with brand partners

- Comfortable leading meetings

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $58 to $61.94 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
