Job Description

Our large apparel client is seeking a Merchandising Ops Lead for our Men’s Merchandising teams. As a merchandising operations expert, you will have direct responsibility to drive a collaborative, effective business, as well as lead the implementation of key strategic and business priorities across functions. As a critical part of the team, this person will work closely with Merchandising, Product, and Operations partners to drive initiatives and communication across all levels of our business.

• This is a hybrid role in Beaverton, OR (Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday remote)
• Line planning/assortment creation work and tools experience is a plus
• Microsoft office experience a must
• Role is an individual contributor but will be working with a large scale of merchandisers, directors, execs in the Global merchandising team

• You will work with the Men’s Merchandising teams, as well as Consumer Creation Operational partners to drive Merchandising process excellence and accountability as well as facilitate cross-functional alignment across teams within CODE momentum
• You will help with communication and information flow to drive clarity for a seamless and connected process, that delivers business results
• You will lead the integration of new initiatives and tools

Who you will work with

• You will report to the Men’s Merchandising Ops Director within the Consumer Creation Operations team
• The role primarily works with the Men’s Merchandising, while also engaging with Product, Design, and other Operations partners

What You Bring

• Drive Merchandising Calendar/Process
• Ensure all deadlines are met on time, with impeccable results
• Guide and influence the merchandising process in collaboration with x-functional partners
• Continuously seek out ways to improve process and capabilities of a multi-discipline team
• Support implementation and identification of tools that enable the Product Creation team to create the world’s best product
• Drive and deliver projects against key strategies & priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience and training
• 5-8 years’ experience in Merchandising, Product Creation or Relevant Industry, with FW and/or AP expertise
• Deep process and operational experience, including familiarity with the CODE Process
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Strong communicator & collaboratorPassionate, curious problem-solver
• Collaborative & strong communication skillset, including strong story-telling skills including PowerPoint and/or Keynote presentations
• Ability to influence and facilitate at leadership levels
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and driving a team to clarity/results
