Title: Sterling Integrator Consultant Location: Marietta, GA Duration: Contract through the end of 2024 with possible extension

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterling Integrator Consultant to join our team in Marietta, GA. As a Sterling Integrator Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Sterling Integrator solutions for their managed file transfer needs. Your expertise in data mapping, Sterling Integrator, and experience with Linux/Unix systems will be essential in ensuring smooth and efficient data transfers between our clients and their partners.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their managed file transfer requirements and business processes.
• Design and implement data mapping solutions to facilitate the exchange of data between systems.
• Configure and customize Sterling Integrator to meet client needs, including developing custom workflows and business processes.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Sterling Integrator installations, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Work closely with clients to set up and manage secure file transfer connections, including AS2, SFTP, and other protocols.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for future reference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience with data mapping, including proficiency with tools such as Sterling B2B Integrator Map Editor.
• Strong knowledge of Sterling Integrator, including installation, configuration, and customization.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix operating systems, including shell scripting and system administration tasks.
• Familiarity with managed file transfer protocols and technologies, such as AS2, SFTP, FTPS, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Experience working in a client-facing role, providing consulting services and support.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (preferred).
