Role - Cyber Security Program Manager

Duration – contract long term

Location – Princeton, NJ / Boston, MA

MUST HAVE : Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Manager to support our Cyber/Breach Solutions team. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with strong operational and program management skills who is ready to take on a challenging, fast-paced environment. The Program Manager will assist in driving operations, managing projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of our breach and cybersecurity solutions

Key Responsibilities:

· Operational Management: Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the Cyber/Breach Solutions team, ensuring smooth workflow and operational efficiency.

· Project Coordination: Support the execution of assigned programs by coordinating with breach partners on contracting, setup, onboarding, training, invoicing, and solution adoption processes.

· Client Interaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through timely and effective execution of solutions, addressing any issues or concerns that arise. Drive client satisfaction by delivering flawless execution

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance and streamline internal operations, contributing to overall efficiency and scalability.

· Contract Management: Support the execution of contracts and pricing for assigned programs, ensuring compliance and profitability.

· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on program performance, operational metrics, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and improvements.

What you bring to the table:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP) are a plus.

Experience: 10 years of program management, project management, or operations experience, with a preference for experience in the Cyber and/or Data Breach industry.

Skills:

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

· Experience with revenue tracking, contract management, and process improvement.

· Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and contribute to strategic initiatives.
