We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Stock Associate, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Associate Duties:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the showroom, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist customers in selecting products that best suit their needs and preferences, providing knowledgeable advice and recommendations.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit/debit card, and digital payments.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom, ensuring displays are visually appealing and well-stocked.

Stock Associate Duties:

• Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise in the showroom and stockroom.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and assist with inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Assist in restocking showroom displays and ensuring products are visually appealing and accessible to clients.
• Assist with order fulfillment and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Ensure the stockroom is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, stockroom management, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with POS systems preferred.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
