Server
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
- Familiarity with fine dining etiquette and procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sales skills and the ability to upsell menu items
- Experience in guest relations and resolving customer issues
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing
- Exceptional guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff for seamless service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
