Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the organization
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangements
- Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and mailing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks as assigned
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred
- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
