Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers
- Take food orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and discounts is beneficial
- Understanding of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices in a kitchen setting
