We are currently recruiting for a Front of House Food Service Supervisor to be a part of our fantastic new team at 3 Lochside View, Edinburgh, EH12 9DH

What you'll be doing

• To control and co-ordinate the kitchen and dining area support staff.
• Oversee the day-to-day services from a front of house perspective
• Leading your team
• Receive and deal with customer complaints appropriately and ensure compliments are shared with the team
• Serving customers and prepping orders
• Compile time sheets and working records for staff payment
• Running shifts and training the staff
• Staff training and rotas
• Organise monthly stock count and conduct appropriate brand standard audits
• Help in the recruitment and retention of team members
• Identifies and supports team members who can and are willing to evolve their careers within Aramark
• Champion excellent customer service

Experience

• At least 1 years experience in a similar role
• Food safety/health and Safety
• Minimum 1 years management experience
• Must have a can do attitude and be a great team player
