**Aramark Uniform Services is Currently Hiring for a Business Systems Analyst Warehouse Management Systems in Lawrenceville, GA.**

**Position Description:**

ARAMARK is looking for highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Distribution Systems Support team. This individual will be primarily responsible for assisting the Warehouse Management project team with process documentation, including current as-is design, business requirements and technical design, test scripts and operating procedures. Experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems and Tableau reporting is desired, but not required. This position will be required to travel about 20% of their time, as projects require. This position is full time exempt salary position.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities:**

* Document and support implementation of Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS)

* Provide hands-on technical analysis, troubleshooting and recommendations for Operational Issues within WMOS

* Provide Operational Analytical support for Distribution Management team using SQL and Tableau

* Work with key business subject matter experts to document current business processes, as well as document business system requirements for new system designs and process enhancements

* Create test scripts and assist with system testing and results documentation. Support user acceptance testing.

* Assist business teams in documentation of standard operating procedures for new WMOS system.

* Assure adherence to all IT controls and maintain alignment with IT Strategies

* Perform other duties as assigned or requested

**Requirements:**

* A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred

* Solid understanding of warehouse operations and distribution systems. Experience with Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management Systems is desired but not required. Five or more years of Warehouse / Operational experience is recommended

* Experienced in gathering and documenting current business processes and business requirements

* Able to work as a liaison between the business community and technical team

* Experienced in writing test scripts based upon technical system design and business expectations

* Strong Oracle SQL knowledge is required

* Experience with Data Analysis and BI tools, such as Tableau, Cognos SCI, is preferred

* Possesses excellent problem solving and communication skills (written and verbal)

* Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.

* Willing to respond to urgent work request situations outside of regular business hours

* Should be able to work independently under minimal supervision
