We are looking for a Route Sales Representative in the Janesville, WI area.
Cold Front Distribution is a growing Frozen Foods Distribution company based in Denver, CO that offers its employees competitive benefits and substantial pay while providing an annual work boot allowance, uniforms provided along with a company cell phone.
Job Requirements
· CDL preferred but not required
· Ensure accurate product deliveries to all retail accounts
· Must meet all DOT drug and alcohol and medical certification requirements
· Knowledge of DSD, retail food business practices, and operation of handheld device experience a PLUS but not required
· Environment varies while driving a company vehicle, delivering, moving and/or lifting product up 50lbs
· Qualified candidates must pass a post offer / pre – employment background check, DOT physical, drug screening and have a satisfactory MVR.
Benefits
· $55,000 - $57,000 Salary DOE
· Vacation – 2 weeks accrued in the 1st year of employment.
· Sick and PTO accrued in the 1st year of employment.
· Medical, Dental and Vision – available after 60 days of employment then 1st of the following month.
· Life and Short Term/Long Term disability – 100% paid by company
· 401k Retirement package after 60 days - the company currently is matching 50% of what you want to contribute, up to 6%.
