**Job Description**

This role is responsible for the Retail programs and acts as the Subject Matter Expert in delivering on our Brand and Retail strategy at the site level. The role administers, and directs the site activities related to retail operations, complying with the standards established by ARAMARK Healthcare , regulatory agencies, and client. This is a matrixed position and will provide direction, in partnership with the RVPs to a Region Marketing/Retail Managers and maintain effective working relationships with other stakeholders to provide a unified retail experience for customers.

**Job Responsibilities**

Deliver strong operational retail and brand performance by executing against ARAMARK Healthcare and regulatory agency standards and programs, continually monitoring operations, completing assessments, and developing necessary action plans to provide optimal patient and customer satisfaction.

Interact with Aramark Leadership to ensure alignment and optimization of programs, including through rounding and site visits.

Identify service expansion opportunities and work in partnership with the Growth Enablement team for success stories and vertical opportunities.

Support the Growth Enablement team in RFP processes with Retail Marketing Presentations and data

Develop and provide information as needed to support Client Business Reviews

Collaborate and build partnerships across functional teams to ensure Retail success

Provide overall direction for the Retail Marketing Managers, including professional development, and performance management in concert with RVP for consistent improvement in Retail operations.

Develop operational plans to optimize revenue, which may include focus on merchandising, food presentation, product mix, and service hours.

Develop and implement retail services plan to improve service, quality, and profitability of service areas. Utilize customer feedback to respond to customer needs and improve retail services.

Monitors and analyzes the performance of Healthcare through verification and analysis of customer satisfaction systems, financial reports and trends. Formulates an action plan to correct deviations to business plan and budget.

Meets with Operational partners to plan for key events and/or related activities

Performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Education**

Position requires bachelor?s degree and/or equivalent experience. 4 years of Marketing experience, working in a matrixed organization is a plus. Experience managing a team of marketing professional.

**Experience**

Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively with clients, client, and support staff. Ability to interpret data and develop business plans, both in written and computer formats (PowerPoint, etc.). Strong presentation skills
