Arant Real Estate Group is Hiring a Real Estate Agent Near Austin, TX

Summary

Are you eager to transform the lives of 12 to 24 families annually by guiding them through the home buying or selling process? Do you possess the motivation and skills to hit the ground running, attending appointments, obtaining listings, and preparing offers from the very start? If this sounds like you, we want to connect. Responsibilities

  • Graduate from Boot Camp and Launch
  • Execute lead generation systems weekly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities
  • Conduct four open houses monthly
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice
  • Participate in team activities
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies

You're a sales pro driven by pure motivation and a knack for competition. You're awesome at connecting with people, really hearing them out, and finding the right solutions. Hunting down new leads and prospects? That's where you shine. You handle objections like a pro, no sweat. Plus, you're great at getting your point across, and you're all about top-notch service. Licensed real estate professional

  • 2 years’ of real estate sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning based, growth-minded
