Highly visible and interactive position within ARaymond Shared Services Finance Team. Responsible for the coordination of financial reporting of the manufacturing plants and service entities in the North America region and reports directly to the Director of Finance and CFO.

Roles and responsibilities

• Provides financial support to the Director of Finance and the CFO.
• Leads Staff Accountant team for NA Clips Business Unit and AR Services North America.
• Responsible for coordination of monthly financial reporting of the Manufacturing Plants and Services Entities.
• Completes reports necessary to close month end for Business Unit and Services Entities.
• Completes reports necessary to close year end for Business Unit and Services Entities.
• Completes as required the NA Clips Business Unit reports for Corporate Reviews.
• Leads Balance Sheets Reviews with NA Clips Plants and is responsible for Balance Sheets of the Services Entities.
• Completes semi-annual BFC Intercompany and Annual BFC Conso package for U.S. specific consolidated entity ARaymond Manufacturing Center NA, Inc., and AR Services North America entities.
• Complete monthly cash flow for HQ entities within NA Clips Business Unit and Services Entities while supporting NA Clips Plants with their monthly cash flow calculations where needed.
• Performs financial analysis as required.
• Maintains detailed budget data and variances to budget for the NA Clips HQ entities and Services entities. Completes mid-year forecasts for these entities as well.
• Maintains and reviews information relating to the adherence of practices to ARaymond Network and Corporate policies.
• Work in collaboration with North America Finance team on various topics (tax, audit, general accounting, government reporting).
• Acts as a servant leader; develops and coaches direct reports.
• Other related duties and/or projects as assigned.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 years Financial Management experience (leading).
• 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with cost accounting is a plus, but not required.
• Advanced degree or CPA certification a plus, but not required.
