About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to lead new marketing projects from concept to execution. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a knack for meticulous project management and cross-functional team collaboration. Reporting directly to the CMO, the Program Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Experience/Qualifications:

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the social casino market, with a strong understanding of its trends and challenges.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in program management or marketing leadership roles, preferably within a B2C gaming environment. Demonstrated success in leading and executing comprehensive marketing projects.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring precise execution and timely delivery.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders to foster an environment of collaboration.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools, with a high proficiency in Monday.com. Familiarity with other analytics and project management software is a plus.
Analytical Thinking: A creative and data-driven thinker who understands the dynamics of earned and owned marketing strategies. Ability to analyze marketing data to identify strategic opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Strategic Problem-Solving: Ability to identify gaps in current marketing strategies, formulate data-backed hypotheses, and propose innovative, reasoned solutions that drive business growth.
Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Workdays and hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional requests for additional hours and/or some weekends, as needed and approved by the manager/supervisor.
Travel/Office Location:
The employee has the choice of working remotely or as otherwise required by the company. There is minimal to no travel associated with this role.
