Position DetailsProvide strength based leadership within a quality team focused on family centered care that facilitate the healthy development and overall well-being of African American and Latinx women, men and their babies. Services aim to promote racial equity and eliminate disparities in birth outcomes between white infants and infants of color in Kent County. Interventions are delivered in the home/community to reduce barriers to access and include assessment, individual and group therapy and support. Responsibilities include supervision and development of clinical staff, some direct clinical care with families, program development activities including data driven evaluation and change management processes, limited direct service and community coordination and advocacy. Responsibilities
Provide client centered supervision, development of clinical staff, program / data oversite and program leadership ensuring provision of quality care, data driven evaluation and change management processes and community coordination and quality mental health treatment as part of an inter-disciplinary team that facilitate healthy development of young children (ages 0 -5) and increased family stability
Position includes assessment, individual and family therapy.

Positive outcomes are achieved through purposeful and respectful relationships rooted in trauma informed care, hope and evidence-based research
Position may provide limited direct care activities.

Position Requirements
Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field.
State License (LMSW / LLMSW / LPC etc.) - Full licensure strongly preferred.
MI-AIMH endorsed or willing / able to work towards MI-AIMH Infant Mental Health Level II Endorsement a must.
Valid Drivers License, Auto Insurance, and clean driving record.
Previous team lead/supervisory experience preferred.
3 years in working with children and families. (Clinical experience)
High level of technical skills. (electronic health record, MS Office etc)
Strong Data management and communication skills.
