RequirementsCurrent Illinois PEL with School Social Worker endorsement
Experience and knowledge of positive behavioral and instructional strategies.
Strong understanding of functional behavior analysis and behavior support plans.
Team experience including developing IEPs and 504s and coordinating services (including outside supports).
Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, parents and staff.
Personal attributes of flexibility, motivation, cooperation and positive attitude.
PreferredKnowledge of MTSS and problem solving process.
Experience and confidence with staff development to build internal capacity.
Experience and comfort with technology.
BenefitsThis is a full-time 180 day per year position.
