Arborflora is Hiring a Plant Health Care Specialist Near Charleston, SC

Passionate about plants? Committed to preserving tree vitality? Dynamic at building relationships? Desire to grow professionally?

Join Arborflora’s team as a Plant Healthcare Specialist. This is a hybrid sales and production arborist role.

Sales Responsibilities include building relationships with new clients, conducting plant assessments, creating customized treatment plans, educating clients, and working within our program to maintain these clients.

Production Responsibilities include scheduling and implementation of the plant healthcare programs.

Ideal candidates:

A Degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Forestry, Horticulture, Environmental Sciences, Landscape Management, Turf-grass, or similar fields of study.

ISA arborist certification.

South Carolina Commercial Pesticide Applicator License.

Possess strong knowledge of plant health.

Thrives on building relationships and hitting sales targets.

Previous experience in plant health care.

Self-motivated.

Valid Driver’s license to operate company production vehicle.

While these are ideal qualifications for a candidate, they are not must. We highly value a strong willingness to learn and a desire to be great and succeed above all. Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base wages for production excellent commission pay for all sales (opportunity range $45k - $100k total compensation annually based on sales and production).
