Youll also assist with local store marketing to help reach sale and profit goals while helping team members through performance and training initiatives. To qualify for this Assistant Manager, the-road-to-success-is-paved-with-meats job, you:

Have at least 6 months of restaurant or retail management experience.

Have impressive examples of providing exceptional customer service.
