Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, inventory control, team management, cash handling, and experience in the hotel or food industry.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures
- Supervise and train staff, ensuring high levels of customer service
- Oversee cash handling procedures and financial reporting
- Coordinate food preparation and production activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage shifts effectively to optimize performance

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hotel or food industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Proficient in inventory control and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
