$17.00 per hour

As a Line Cook ll, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking all menu items as required while complying with Arc Broward policies on quality, quantity, sanitation, and portion control.

What does a Line Cook ll do?
- Assist the chef with training a small group of individuals to become food service workers.
- Help maintain the kitchen and food storage areas in an efficient, clean, and organized manner.
- Assist in catering functions in preparation, setup, and delivery. In the chef’s absence ability to prepare meals while supervising trainees and other related responsibilities.
What are the requirements?
- High School diploma or Equivalent ( can be substituted for experience )
- One to three years’ work experience in the food service industry
- Ability to work in a team
- Effective communication skills with verbal and written English fluency is required.
- Ability to walk short distances.
