- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute marketing campaigns that raise awareness of Arc Broward's programs, services, and fundraising initiatives.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute special events, including the Miss Arc Broward Pageant, InspHired Luncheon, community outreach events, and donor appreciation gatherings.
- Provide administrative support to the fundraising team, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and managing correspondence.
- Oversee database management for donor information, gift processing, and communications.
- Assist in managing the Autism License Plate Grant Application process and promoting the initiative on social media.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community and corporate volunteers and civic organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and event planning
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Marketing CRMs, Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, donor management systems, social media platforms, and online fundraising tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events and meetings.
