ARC Home is Hiring a National Wholesale Account Executive Near Honolulu, HI

Account Executive - Non QM

The Company is seeking an Account Executive. The position will be responsible for the solicitation of new business from Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers, the development of existing relationships, and the creation of familiarity with all ArcHome Loans products, policies and procedures.

Essential Job Functions

  • Earn volume and gain client approvals required to meet monthly and annual goals.
  • Add value to the customer client base through thorough knowledge of ArcHome Loan’s products and underwriting guidelines – which include NQM, Conventional, FHA & VA
  • Facilitate the prospective client’s completion of the client application for delivery to and approval by Arc Home Loans
  • Conduct on-site inspections of the client’s premises
  • Participate in the client account assessment and approval process
  • Answer client questions and respond to all client e-mails, texts and phone calls in a timely manner
  • Provide training on and interpretation of Company policies and procedures
  • Assess training needs of each client and independently administer to those client needs
  • Commit to visit 9 accounts and/or prospects weekly while independently managing one’s work schedule to maximize productive time with prospective and active clients
  • Maintain contact with client base on a daily basis to solicit new business and facilitate pipeline progress
  • Provide training and conduct informational meetings for the client base

Position Qualifications (Education and/or Experience and Skills)

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; College degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of experience in mortgage sales with a track record of success in the mortgage industry
  • Current producing client base
  • Must possess solid understanding of wholesale and correspondent loan origination, underwriting processes and procedures, and mortgage industry standards
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills essential along with strong presentation skills
  • Professional demeanor to effectively interact with all company and client personnel
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to efficiently and consistently produce accurate work and manage time
  • Extraordinary commitment to customer service with excellent client relations skills
  • Analytical ability with an aptitude for figures and calculations as necessary
  • Ability to conduct virtual meetings and trainings
  • Proficiency with computer systems including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, GoToMeeting, Outlook and Internet Browsers
  • Account Executives are required to maintain a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and a clean driving record
