Job Overview:
ARC Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist physical and occupational therapists in providing care to patients and support the overall functioning of the clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing treatment areas for patient care
- Aid patients in exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clinic
- Support administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Monitor and report patient progress to the therapist
Skills:
- Ability to work with geriatric patients
- Exceptional patient service skills
- Professional Behavior and following HIPAA guidelines
