The Director of Integrations and Process Improvements is responsible for leading the development and implementation of integration strategies and process improvement initiatives across the organization. Master's degree is preferred. 10 years of experience in integration architecture, process improvement, and change management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role is preferred. Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale integration projects and process improvement initiatives in complex organizations is required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and execute the integration strategy, aligning integration initiatives with organizational goals and objectives. Lead cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process improvement opportunities across all areas of the business. Collaborate with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and streamline processes. Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of integration solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Drive the evaluation, selection, and implementation of integration technologies, platforms, and tools. Establish and maintain integration standards, best practices, and governance frameworks. Monitor and evaluate the performance of integration projects and process improvement initiatives, tracking key metrics and KPIs. Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to integration and process improvement teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
