Arcetyp LLC is looking for an experienced Telework Senior Workforce Planning & Strategy Program Manager. This position supports a US Government contract in support of the Department of Health and Human Services. The Senior Program Manager will play a crucial role in supporting various programs and functional mission areas, focusing on change management communications, and conducting functional assessment, workforce analysis, and knowledge management for future success. This role will be responsible for performing the following tasks:

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• US Citizen (able to obtain a Secret security clearance if needed)
• Bachelor's degree or Graduate Degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years of program manager experience with large project management plans for the Government, including integration, modernization, processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Five (5) years of leadership, program management, or similar responsibilities supporting health agencies such as CDC, HRSA, HHS, or NIH.

DUTIES:

• Project, Program, and Portfolio Management
• Administrative Support
• Logistics Planning, Management, and Support
• Information Management (Data Coordination/Visualization)
• Security Operations Management and Intelligence
• External Affairs: Communications, Social Media, Conference/Events, and Public Relations
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Risk Management

• Demonstrated experience working with 3rd party tools such as, Amazon Web Service Management Console, etc.
