This role is intended for a candidate seeking growth opportunity in a dynamic organization. The Strategy & Distribution (S&D) team is responsible for collaborating with business units to develop the S&D priorities and execution.
Responsibilities

• Obtain and present data used to develop and update national and regional marketing and distribution plans. These plans reflect Arch’s Business Units’ and Sub-Business Units’ appetite and capabilities, competitive position; business priorities and strategies
• Assist with execution of key Business Unit marketing and distribution initiatives
• Assist with presenting data for monthly reporting; help to analyze data and draw conclusions regarding progress on strategies, initiatives, and other relevant priorities
• Assist with monitoring of progress on key distribution initiatives and help to identify key areas of success and areas of improvement
• Assist with the creation of PowerPoint presentations to assist the Business Units with articulating Value Proposition and Value Added services to distribution partners
• Partner with the S&D team on special projects, marketing campaigns and key distribution priorities.
• Analyze Business Unit distribution results and work with the S&D team to understand trends on a regular basis
• Collaborate with the team to develop and mine prospective lists for cross marketing and target accounts; monitor and report on results; assist to identify areas that need improvement
• Collaborate with National and Regional Distribution Management team to assist in cascading of key marketing and distribution initiatives

Education And Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience with data analysis and the presenting conclusions
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Adept at creating presentations and presenting conclusions
• BA or BS preferred
• MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.
$75,000 - $95,000/year

• Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future
