Gather and analyze key metrics identified by initiatives and provide reporting.
Provide data to teams in support of metrics and cost/benefits development.
Develop and manage portfolio dashboard to communicate progress and health of the portfolio at the initiative as well as holistic level.
Act as an SME for the SPM framework tool to the users. Develop standardized reports within the tool and maintain the tool functionality and support its evolution based on business needs.
Support the execution of the framework health checks, compiling resulting data and preparation of report out.
Support development of materials for Arch Insurance North America Prioritization Steerco meetings
Education And Experience
Analytical and quantitative thinking.
Expertise in data management, analysis and visualization
Experience in building and managing Power BI reports
Attention to detail, strong focus on data quality and accuracy
Strong written and oral communication skills
Self-starter demonstrating flexibility, accountability, and adaptability
Experience with portfolio management tools preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, computer science or similar field
5 years prior experience in data management and analysis roles
Experience in Insurance, especially P&C insurance, is preferred.
For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible. $85,000 - $105,000/year
Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future
