Responsibilities:
- Keep records of work done on all residents.
- Submit needed work orders for malfunctioning equipment to Engineering.
- Participate in fire safety program and emergency preparedness program.
- Understand and cooperate with the quality assurance program.
- Performs necessary procedures that provide full hair care service's to all residents as scheduled by Director, Recreation. Procedures include: washing , haircuts, setting, styling, coloring, permanents, etc.
- Complete/Sign off invoices to turn in to Finance Department on a daily basis.
- Completes weekly appointment list to Director, Recriation for approval.
- Transport residents to and from appointment.
- Maintains adequate supplies in shop. Requisition supplies as needed through Director, Recreation.
- Observes infection control standards and keeps beauty shop neat and clean during the working day.
- Complies with guidelines of the HAZCOM program.
- In the cooperation and in response to resident needs, it may be necessary to perform other related/unrelated duties as requested, in case of emergency.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $22.09 per hour
Qualifications:
- Current NY State Cosmetology license
