Essential Functions
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage student sign-in and sign-out procedures.
- Provide administrative support to staff and faculty as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with basic inquiries and provide information to parents, students, and staff.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office suite).
- Prior experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Familiarity with school procedures and policies is a plus.
