St. Vincent de Paul is seeking a passionate, organized, and talented Catholic individual with a desire to help lead others to grow in their faith and incorporating Catholic Social Teaching into their daily lives as our new Formation and Service Learning Coordinator. The Coordinator works as part of a team in the development and presentation of high-quality workshops, retreats, new and ongoing reflective small groups, and assisting in coordinating major annual events throughout the year. These opportunities support our parish-based volunteer members called Vincentian, area support staff, and network of community partners as they grow in our essential elements of spirituality, fellowship, and service within the wider Cincinnati area. The Coordinator will also work closely in assisting with leading portions of retreats and activities within the Ozanam Center for Service Learning. This is a full-time role primarily serving a Tuesday – Saturday schedule featuring occasional evening hours and local travel as appropriate for retreats, workshops, or special events.
