Job Summary: Responsible for guiding hearts, minds and souls of St. Mary Catholic School Students toward Our Lord through the teaching of Spanish
Rate of Pay: $12,500 - $55,000 Salary/year per the AoD Teacher Pay Scale
Benefits: Part-time employees are not offered benefits other than what is required by law; Worker's Compensation, FMLA unpaid leave, CO HFWA: 1 Hour of Sick Time per 30 hours worked
Normal Working Hours: 12-25 Hours per Week during the school year. Schedule of days to be determined.
Reports to: The Pastor, the Principal, and their representatives
Duties:

• Teach, lead, and guide St. Mary School Students to Our Lord through the subject of Spanish
• Prepare Lesson plans designed to implement stated goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to establish student performance expectations that are clear and consistent
• Maintain an efficient, functional and pleasant leaning environment that sets a high standard of behavior and is consistent and fair to all students
• Support and enforce school-wide policies and rules
• Effectively and respectfully communicate and maintain a positive relationship with parents, students, the Parish community, the principal, and other staff members
• Model an attitude of service
• Be timely with reporting of grades and incidents
• Any other duties as assigned by the Pastor or Principal

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Must be a Catholic in Good Standing
Must have or obtain within 2 years of hiring a valid Colorado Teaching License
