General Description
The Alumni Success Coordinator r is responsible for creating and managing the Detroit Cristo Rey Alumni Program. This includes maintaining communication – written and verbal with alumni, planning and executing events, and campus visits. On occasion, it may require coordination and support of non-Alumni specific events. Other tasks and responsibilities as required may be requested.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and people skills. S/he must be self-directed, work with limited daily supervision or instruction, and embrace and drive continuous operational improvements. Demonstrated experience in managing multiple priorities is required. The candidate will be motivated by the mission of the school and its impact on the families that we serve.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited College/University preferred
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to organize and prioritize work
Ability to work independently with little supervision

Sensitivity to the ethnic, racial, and religious backgrounds of the student body
