Cafeteria Supervisor

Job Summary:
The Cafeteria Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cafeteria, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner. The Supervisor will manage a team of cafeteria staff, ensuring that they are properly trained and motivated to provide excellent customer service to all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the cafeteria, including service, and clean-up
- Manage a team of cafeteria staff, including training, and scheduling
- Provide excellent customer service to all patrons, and address any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with school administration and other departments to ensure that the cafeteria is meeting the needs of the school community
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
- Excellent customer service skills
