The successful candidate must also:- demonstrate effective planning skills by preparing lessons aligned to state standards- effectively integrate technology into instruction and learning activities- develop and use multiple forms of assessment and evaluation to ensure student growth- establish a system of classroom management which promotes self-direction, self-regulation, and a positive self-image- maintain an active and engaging learning environment- communicate professionally and effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administration
