High School IT/Systems Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT manager to oversee the technology systems at our high school. The ideal candidate will have experience managing SIS (Student Information System) systems and be able to ensure the smooth operation of all technology systems within the school.

Responsibilities Not Limited to but Including:

• Manage and maintain all technology systems within the high school
• Ensure the smooth operation of SIS systems
• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Develop and implement technology policies and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Collaborate with staff other to integrate technology into the curriculum
• Train staff and students on the use of technology systems
• Manage and maintain all software programs 
• Manage Google Chromebooks for students and have know of Google for Education

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience managing SIS systems
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience working in a high school or educational setting is preferred
• Protecting God's Children Course Certification
• Complete a background check and fingerprints
