Scecina Memorial High School is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager at our eastside Indianapolis high school. This role works onsite, Mondays - Fridays.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting systems and processes that ensure the safe and orderly functioning of campus buildings, grounds, and related equipment. This individual ensures that a deferred maintenance plan is in place, that scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance and repairs occur, that campus curb appeal is continually excellent, and that building operating systems work effectively. The Facilities Manager supervises the custodial, landscaping and maintenance staff, manages vendors, manages the annual facilities budgets, and represents the school and Archdiocese of Indianapolis to vendors in renovation and construction projects. The Facilities Manager upholds the mission and values of Scecina Memorial High School and portrays the school with confidence and integrity, both internally and externally.

1. Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
2. Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
3. Attentive to detail and able to plan, organize and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously to meet deadlines
EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND/OR EXPERIENCE
1. 3 years of experience in facility-related projects such as maintenance, repairs, capital improvements, and/or deferred maintenance planning
