Senior Analyst, Sales Operations
Position Location: Overland Park, KS. Can work remotely
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Summary of Duties:
  • Generate and analyze key business performance metrics, provide weekly/monthly/quarterly updates to executives, track against business goals, and identify gaps and opportunities for business improvements by analyzing data and facts.
  • Use data and facts to inform: Valid opportunities by market / theater.
  • Enable the identification of specific opportunities that would produce greater sales success.
  • Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Design and implement automated reporting and processes that help us scale and increase business intelligence.
  • Provide regions and channel partners analytics, insights, and best practices to drive end-user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-function teams such as Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, operations, and strategy work streams.
  • Understand the underlying data architecture supporting Sales Operations and how to use it to report on business performance.
  • Responsible for the continuous integration and onboarding of CRM usage and tools.
Qualifications:
  • This position requires a Master's degree in business analytics, business administration, finance, data management or a related field of study. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in business analytics, business administration, finance, data management or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as a sales analyst, data analyst, or related occupation in lieu of a Master's degree.
  • Requires experience in or knowledge of:
    1. creating interactive visualizations and using them to demonstrate insight to business problems;
    2. advanced reporting utilizing CRM or BI tools;
    3. Advanced Excel;
    4. leading cross functional projects related to reporting and business KPI's;
    5. speaking to senior management about data in work products; and
    6. leading cross functional teams to resolve data challenges in disparate locations and building new data structures for continued reporting and executive measurement.
  • Experience may be gained through graduate-level coursework, research, internship, or teaching.
  • Can work remotely.
