Tail coverage for anything done at Phoebe. Not provided for previous employment.- 20 days PTO plus 7 holidays- CME-Stipend $5K- 403(b) Retirement Plan - employees can save for retirement through pre- and/or post-tax contributions to the 403(b) retirement plan. Hospital may make matching contributions of 50% of the first 6% of your salary deferral contributions. Matching contributions will begin when you begin contributions and will vest after 3 years of employment.- Benefit year runs August 1st July 31st in line with fiscal year.
