Supervisory Responsibilities:
Assists and supports Site Manager in the training and supervision of clinical medical support staff, mid-level practitioners and students. Carries out training and supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the center's policies and applicable laws. Directs and coordinates the clinical patient care activities of nursing and support staff as required. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work flow; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
The healthcare center is an FQHC certified, non-profit, 501(c)(3) health care center with clinics located in Tyler, Jacksonville, and Athens, Texas. Through our integrated care model we demonstrate significant improvements in health outcomes for patients and valuable cost savings to the health care industry, including the Medicaid and CHIP programs, as well as through the provision of care to the uninsured.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary is commensurate with experience. Expected salary is between $225,00 to $240,000. FCC pays 100% of employee health, dental, and vision and 75% of dependent health dental and vision.
