Multi-specialty group Current Number of Providers: 6 total: 2 Perinatologists, 3 OB/GYN, 1 GYN Support Staff: Neonatologist 2, CRNP 3, CNM 5, NICU in-house midlevel providers 7 Practice Setting Required: Inpatient & Outpatient Patients Per Day: Outpatient 30, Inpatient 10, Admissions 2, Discharges 2 % C- section/Response Time: 15 Minutes Average # of Patients Per Physician/Day: Clinic 30, Hospital 5 Average # of Deliveries Per Physician/Week: 5 Doing deliveries is not a requirement Weekend Requirement: No EMR: Epic Ancillary Services: Certified Nurse Midwife Program Equipment/Technology: Level 3A NICU, Helicopter service Credentialing timeframe: estimated 45 days Requirements Must actively perform c-sections, fetal echos, CVS and GYN U/S Active PA State License (no IMLC) Active PA DEA (permanent PA DEA - address change will not be accepted) Board Certification through ABO G with a subspecialty in MFM.
