Seeking General Cardiologist. We are looking for a talented and dedicated Cardiologist to join one of the most sophisticated cardiology programs in the southwest.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiology
* Ability to obtain a professional license in the State of NM
* Basic Life Support Certification & Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification
* DEA certificate and NM Board of Pharmacy Certificate
* Prevent, diagnose, and treat diseases of the cardiovascular system
* Read Nuclear Heart Scans
* Provide care to patients with heart failure
* Collaborate with other providers across the health system departments to provide a treatment plan catered to patients needs.
* Provide clinical care to patients in accordance with regulations to include but not limited to obtaining patient history, ordering labs, diagnostic studies, and arranging referrals.
* Communicate effectively with medical staff in coordinated care.
* Uphold excellent bedside manners and ability to create a great patient experience.
* Advise patients concerning aliments related to the heart health.
* Attends departmental meetings and professional training sessions as requested.
* Adherence and knowledge of laws to internal medicine, including HIPAA.
