Occupational Medicine opening in Odessa, TX Seeking BC/BE Occupational Medicine Physician. Full-time, permanent Monday - Friday (9a-6p) Occupational Medicine is preferred, but will also consider ER, Urgent Care, and Primary Care Diagnose ortho related injuries, proficient in reading x-rays, proficient in suturing, and treating patients with eye debris (loose or embedded) Performs medical assessments of Center patients Establishes and monitors a medically appropriate level of care for Center patients Maintain clinical core competency Work with Chief Medical Officer and Regional Medical Directors to ensure operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards of Medical Centers Collaboration with center leadership team to positively impact quality of care, client and patient satisfaction and center performance Salary Rate: Base of $250,000 -$300,000 10.5% annual bonus paid monthly base on KPIs Relocation: Depending on the candidates availability to relocation, some relocation assistance can be provided Requirement DEA and/or DOT CertifiedCenters provides occupational health services such as work-related job injury treatment, pre-employment screens and services, and preventative services including vaccinations and flu shots at each of its locations.Centers work with every size and type of employer to treat on-the-job injuries.
