* Joining an established practice with 1 Physician & 1 APP
* Must have ACGME accredited Pain Medicine fellowship training and board-certification/board-eligibility in Pain Medicine
* Base specialty of Anesthesiology, Neurology, or PM&R required
* Full spectrum practice within the Pain Medicine Clinic, rotating assignments through the clinic, procedural, and surgical areas
* Call is limited to daytime hours
* Must possess the ability to perform a wide range of fluoroscopic Pain Medicine procedures including a breadth of spinal injections, radiofrequency ablation, and select chemodenervation procedures, with opportunities to grow further regenerative medicine interventions
* Must be interested in the clinical management of pain patients with complex medical histories via a multi-disciplinary collaborative approach
* Opportunities to participate in spinal cord stimulation (trial and implant), intrathecal pump placement and management, peripheral nerve stimulation, ultrasound procedures, and other advanced modalities as applicable present further opportunities for growth
* Must have a desire to be a part of a team-based service that includes working with Advanced Practice Providers (APP), nursing, and affiliated services including PM&R, Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Orthopedic Surgery
* Must have a willingness to mentor other members of the team, including junior staff, APP, and allied health staff.
