**$75K Sign-On, $75K Starting incentive, $500K salary full benefits and $14K moving allowance.**
- This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000 person service area for Tanner Health System
- Group has 3 MDs and 1 APP (working to add another APP)
- Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building as office space in Carrollton
