Our Innovation Team is looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a background in construction and technical expertise in Excel/VBA or Python. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of innovation initiatives, coordinating with numerous stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. This role demands excellent project management skills, technical acumen, and a curious and inquisitive mindset to gather critical information and foster agreement on innovative solutions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
  • Lead project management efforts for innovation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Utilize technical skills in Excel/VBA or Python to analyze project data, streamline processes, and implement efficiencies.
  • Engage with various stakeholders across the organization to collect information, understand needs, and secure project buy-in.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and communicate updates to all stakeholders.
  • Identify potential project challenges and devise contingency plans.
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Preferred Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong technical background.
  • 3-5 years in project management within the construction industry, with a track record of managing complex projects and diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Excel/VBA or Python for data analysis and process automation.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and build consensus among various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a curious and inquisitive nature.
