We currently have an Operations Manager at our Distribution Center in Peoria, AZ. This a key leadership role in our distribution network. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities, ensuring a safe, efficient and profitable operations.

HR Collaboration:

Facility Maintenance and Optimization:

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year college or university or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, with a track record of driving tangible results.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in leveraging data to drive operational excellence.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with a knack for harnessing technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Experience managing full P&L responsibilities and optimizing financial performance.
  • Proven ability to identify and address operational challenges with creativity and resourcefulness.
  • Physical ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
