Arcosa Shoring Products, is seeking a 2nd shift Industrial Painter in our Houston, TX operations. As a Painter, you'll prepare, coat, and finish metal and/or other surfaces by operating conventional and airless spray equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and different types of surfaces.

Arcosa Shoring Products makes trench-shoring equipment for the construction industry. Our dedicated team builds high-quality trench shields and shoring products that are made to last. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday: 4 pm to 12:45 am

What you’ll do:

• Prepare materials, surfaces, and structures for coverage with paint, laminate rubber, or other material
• Operate conventional and airless equipment to apply industrial paint finishes on metal and other types of surfaces
• Mix and apply alkyds, epoxies, gel coats, powder coats, urethane, zinc epoxies, and water-borne paint systems according to a prescribed formula
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Follow all safety rules and practices

Desired qualifications:'

• Minimum of 1 year of industrial experience
• Knowledge and ability to operate all equipment in that area
• Ability to perform all essential functions safely and efficiently
• Regular and predictable attendance
