ARCSCM is Hiring a House Manager(Home Health Setting) Near Beavercreek, OH

Minimum Qualifications

  • 21 years of age or older

· High School diploma or equivalent. As an alternative to the educational requirement such persons shall have at least one year of full-time equivalent paid or volunteer experience in the direct provision of developmentally disabled clients.

  • Must have valid driver’s license
  • Must maintain certifications for CPR/First Aid
  • Must undergo and pass a background investigation in accordance with rule 5123:2-2-02 of the Administrative Code and consents to be enrolled in the State attorney general’s retained applicant fingerprint database (“Rapback”).

Responsible To

  • Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Professional License Contractor.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision within sight or sound of the client or pursuant to the level of supervision specified in the client’s service plan. A client may be left alone or unsupervised only in accordance with the service plan of that client.
  • To participate in training provided by Chief Operations Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Licensed Professional Contractors to learn about State Administrative Codes (OAC) topics, Mental Illness, the client needs and goals, how to respond to various situations, how to document services, and other issues related to the job;
  • To collaborate with the Agency Executives, Licensed Contractors and/or agency Caregivers to keep open communication regarding the client’s progress;
  • To collaborate with the client’s case worker and other professionals involved in providing services to the client;
  • To provide appropriate training in clients independence, self-care, communication, social skills, recreational and leisure skills, and/or pre-vocational skills;
  • To provide necessary supervision of the client, in all aspects of carrying out his/her treatment plan;
  • To document each unit of service in the prescribed fashion on the progress note and time sheet and submit them to the Chief Administrative Officer in a timely manner;
  • To review the client’s progress on an on-going basis to keep goals and strategies appropriate for the client’s level of ability;
  • To receive supervision and feedback regarding job performance from the Chief Administrative Officer;
  • To follow any other suggestions and requests from the Agency Executives and Licensed Contractors related to providing services to the client;
  • Maintenance and Security of Agency Records;
  • All employees will be responsible for the routine filing of all client’s service records;

· Complete the initial orientation for new hire.

· Complete all agency training requirements as outlined in rule 5123:2-2-01 of the OAC.

· Possess a current American Red Cross, American heart association or equivalent first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification. The CPR certification shall be the type applicable to the age and size of the client able to be served in the agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
