We are a fire ,flood,mold restoration company openening a new location in Fairbanks Alaska. , We are looking for an on call Project manager with expert in finish work carpentry. Someone who is well acquainted with heavy duty remodels, floor installation, sheetrock, tape, texture, and has a fine eye for detail. Duties include construction and Project management as well as water mitigation. Our company will train the right individual to be effective in this field. We need someone who has the ability to gather, retain, and run a crew on a regular basis on multiple jobs at once and has the ability to get stuff done on time. People skills are a must for this position ,as this person will be the face of the put back of our jobs. Good communication with homeowners is a must, as well as being honest and upright in all we do is something we take very serisouly. Must be able to report regulary back to owner with status reports and updates weekly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
